Key responsibilities:
？ Timely and accurate review and posting of accounting transactions; P&L and balance sheet account analysis, review & reconciliation
？ Assist in preparing Financial Statements in line with Local GAAP conventions
？ Preparing Accounts to Trial Balance Stage for local subsidiary
？ Processing supplier invoices & Creditor reconciliations
？ Ensure an up to date cash flow projection is maintained and maximizes cash flow performance of the country through controls on inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances
？ Effective tax compliance and planning for respective subsidiary
？ Payroll & Bank Reconciliations
？ Lead preparation of annual budget and monthly variance analysis
？ Assist in coordinating accounting & external audits within assigned countries
？ Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned countries
？ Prepare monthly country reports in terms of business performance, accounting & compliance issues, potential risks and opportunities.
？ Participate in and coordinate various projects as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent
？ Fluent in both spoken and written English
？ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
？ Good knowledge of IFRS or equitant local accounting standards
？ Solid working experience in public accounting firm or large organization, ideally with some multinational experience
？ Strong technical accounting, analytical and organizational skills
？ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP system
？ Knowledge of other foreign languages (Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Korean, French, Polish, Dutch) is desirable but not essential
？ Knowledge of accounting standards & taxation system of foreign countries is desirable but not essential
？ Qualified accountant (CPA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) will be an advantage
？ Short-term international travel may be required
